Canada XLT Warranty Details

XLT guarantees that all Version H ovens produced after October 16, 2019, are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under standard use conditions for a period of seven (7) years from the original purchase date by the end user. Additionally, XLT extends a ten (10) year warranty on the main fan blades, conveyor shafts, and conveyor bearings. The company also ensures that all ovens and hoods will remain rust-free for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

For Version E hoods manufactured after October 16, 2019, XLT offers a seven (7) year warranty covering any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the original purchase date. If the purchase includes a pre-piped Ansul system for both the ovens and hood, this warranty is extended to ten (10) years for both items.

In the event of a part failure, XLT will provide a replacement part and cover all labor costs associated with the replacement. However, if XLT determines that the part is not defective upon inspection, the end user will be responsible for any incurred costs. This warranty is only valid for the original end user and is non-transferable without XLT's prior written consent. Liability for damages is limited to the original purchase price.
